We had a few months to prove that our social networks intervention impacted positively in-store sales.

Strategy

From personas, we have defined a content funnel aimed to ensure that targeted individuals have their first digital contact with the brand.

Then, this audience was retargeted with content inviting them to buy in store.

Step 03

Results

In order to be able to assess our results, we have focused our efforts on certain product categories as well as on certain stores.

After three months, we were able to demonstrate that the stores supported by the geolocalized campaigns sold twice as many products in the categories concerned than the other stores.
